GENERAL TERMS- Make sure to send your commission request via my Artistree request form. As of now, I won't accept requests from other platforms such as DMs.- Include photo references (poses, characters, colors, etc.) when sending your request.- Include as much detail as possible about your request.- I have the right to decline the commission request for any reason.- Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may NOT use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes- I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, or anywhere for promotion purposes.PAYMENT- Payment will be 100% upfront.- I accept PayPal.- Please wait for me to approve your request before sending payment.- If I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund. However, I WON’T be accepting refunds after approved final sketch.PROCESS & DELIVERY- Commission may take up to 1-3 weeks to finish. I’m a working student, so it’ll also affect how long it’ll take. I’ll be sure to send timely updates via Artistree’s DMs.- Once commission is complete, you will receive a full-resolution file of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually PNG.
